Xact Homes implement new Estate Agency softwareAdded 6 March, 2009Xact Homes have selected Encore Live from Core Systems as part of its expansion plan for 2009. The new system will sit at the heart of Xact’s Estate Agency practice based in Solihull and will provide a key differentiator for Xact’s business.
The system focuses on delivering access to client and property information quickly and automating a lot of the traditional processes of Estate Agency that are time consuming and outdated.
Geoff Core Managing Director of Core Systems commented “We are delighted that Xact have selected Encore Live as part of their expansion plans this year. Our system will not only enable Xact to achieve a high standard of customer care but will also provide with a key marketing edge for the future.”
The system was implemented at the end of February 2009 and customised to meet the specific requirements of Xact over a two week period.
Following implementation of the system, Xact’s Managing Director Jeremy Brown stated “Having an IT background made this project important to me personally. I want Xact to have the best systems, the best people and provide the best service and in my view these three issues are inextricably linked. Encore Live has already proven it can deliver a competitive advantage to us and I am delighted with the software”.
Xact launched their Estate Agency on 14th March 2009 from their premises in the centre of Solihull and have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of interest and client instructions they have taken. “We made the right move with appointing Kevin Ash to head up our Estate Agency practice and we also made the right decision with selecting Encore Live as our business software. We are delighted with the start to the business and are very excited about what 2009 has in store.” Jeremy added.
