Lettings Co-Ordinator
Xact Lettings are looking to recruit a part time Lettings Co-ordinator based at our busy Knowle office.
The applicant would preferably have lettings experience, hold a full clean driving licence, be able to provide excellent customer service and be able to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
Duties to include, but not limited to, general office administration, filtering telephone calls, booking appointments and carrying out viewings.
Salary will be dependent on experience.

Lettings Co-Ordinator
Due to expansion Xact Lettings are looking to recruit a full time Lettings Co-Ordinator based at our busy Knowle office. The applicant would need to have lettings experience, hold a full clean driving licence, be able to provide excellent customer service and be able to work Saturdays on a rota basis. The varied role would involve general office based administration duties, carrying out property inspections, check outs and viewings and be able to work as part of a friendly team.
